Our regular schedule is 40 hours a week and in summer we work 35! We are flexible, we do not care who arrives first and who leaves last, you manage it so that you can adapt the work to your life. However, we recommend you to coincide from 10:00 to 14:00 to attend the agreed SCRUM ceremonies.

You will have 23 working days of your choice, plus December 24th and 31st. We have no requirements for the minimum duration and time of year to enjoy them, all we ask is that you discuss their feasibility with your team in advance. Rest and disconnection are necessary, so ideally you should consume your annual vacation before April of the following year.

We provide you free access to Udemy and Codely, so that you can use them for your needs within the project and also to satisfy your personal curiosity. Here you will find technical content for developers, but also training in business strategy, marketing or the most current tools and technologies.

Our Pills are small training sessions of less than an hour, covering any technical or other topic that can be used in our day-to-day work. Occasionally, they are taught by one of our colleagues on a voluntary basis, based on their knowledge.

Every three months we present all the progress, changes and corporate news in a meeting with the entire team that we call Namasté. Here you will learn specific data about the economic objectives we set as a company: total billing, billing per project, hours dedicated per project, expenses, annual profits... all seasoned with a 'typical Trileuco' snack.

That is why we are always accessible, so that you can confidently send us any questions, proposals, or complaints... and the sooner, the better. Any business is welcome! In addition, every three months we will have an All Ears in which we sit down with you in order to know how you are and that you also share with us everything that worries you.

We establish your remuneration based on meritocracy, even above parameters such as seniority, since we believe that it is the fairest way to find salary equity based on each person's performance. Every 6 months, in July and January, we will review your contribution to the company. If the growth is significant, it will be reflected in your salary with a rise that we will notify you of in those reviews.
