In a first meeting you will tell us the problem to be solved. The better analyzed you have it, the more agile this first contact will be and the more in line with your needs our subsequent work will be.
2Design proposal
We will prepare a technical solution proposal that we will explain in detail. We will also provide you with an estimate of the effort required to carry it out, both financial and human, as well as a possible start date for the project.
3iterative development
The proposal is divided into short development cycles (between 1 and 3 weeks). Each cycle should conclude with the delivery of value for you. You should be able to see something new at the end of it and you can validate that everything is going according to plan. This approach gives flexibility to development.
4Solution Installation
Once the development is finished, the final product is installed and put into production. This can be done in your own infrastructure or in a cloud environment. If you are not sure, we will advise you, and we will even explain the advantages of hosting it in our cloud infrastructure.
5Maintenance
If your new service is hosted on our cloud infrastructure, we'll make sure everything runs smoothly. If this is not the case, we could assume this part by having access to your environment to carry out the necessary maintenance, audits and monitoring tasks to guarantee the maximum availability of your application.
